Organizing your degree

To ensure that your studies at the HWR Berlin go according to plan, there are organizational things on your to-do list every semester. Your enrolment or re-enrolment, your leave of absence or exmatriculation are part of it.

Re-enrolment

If you wish to continue your studies in the next semester, re-enrol by transferring the semester fee due by the due date.

Intermission semester

There are good reasons for taking time off from your studies: You can apply for a semester off up to eight weeks before the end of the semester.

Semester ticket

Your CampusCard is the semester ticket that gives you free travel in Berlin and the surrounding area as a student of the HWR Berlin.

Change of name and/or gender entry

Students who are trans*, inter* and non-binary* (TIN*) persons can change their name and/or gender information in the campus management system of HWR Berlin by self-declaration.
