A Master’s follows a Bachelor’s degree. Holders of a German school leaver’s qualification who wish to start in the first subject-specific semester are to apply via the HWR Berlin online portal (S.A.M.). Applicants with a non-German Bachelor degree who want to apply for the Master’s degree programme are to submit their application via Uni Assist.

      The Department of Public Administration teaches two full-time Master’s degree programmes. Holders of a non-German university entrance qualification are to apply via Uni Assist; holders of a German university entrance qualification submit their application via Finca, the online portal of the HWR Berlin.
