At the Welcome Centre international doctoral candidates and researchers can get support and advice on all organizational questions related to their prospective stay in Germany. If you plan a visit at  the HWR Berlin please fill in the applicable form below. We are happy to assist with the further planning of your stay.

For teaching staff mobility inquiries such as Erasmus and other programmes

Please note that we only accept teaching mobility inquiries from our partner institutions. The best time for applying is June or July for our fall term and November or December for our spring term. Please fill in this form and upload your CV including some teaching subjects.

International delegations and visitors

Please fill in this form so that we can connect you with relevant HWR Berlin representatives. We only accept student delegations from our partner universities. Please note, we need about four weeks to consider a student delegation request.
