Administration

The Administration team of the Department of Public Administration is made up of dedicated staff members who advise and support students and teaching staff in all matters relating to studies, research and teaching.

General Management

The General Management of the Department works in close consultation with the Dean and is the contact for the following areas:

  • Management and control of the department's budget
  • Management of staff and Department Administration
  • Optimisation of processes within the Department, as well as between the Department and other University bodies
  • Participation in the further development of the Department

The study Office staff are responsible for ensuring the various lectures run smoothly at Lichtenberg Campus. Our team answers questions relating to lectures and examinations during the course of study.

Examination and Internship Office

Do you have any questions about examinations, grading, theses or internships? We are more than happy to provide you with advice via Examination and Internship Services. Our tasks include the following:

  • Crediting previous academic performance
  • Default requests/requests to withdraw from examinations
  • Admissions to and submission of final examinations
  • Timetabling of final oral examination
  • Issuing of documents (references, certificates, Diplomas, Master's)
  • Issuing and/or certification of proof of academic performance for BAföG (form 5) etc.
  • Provision and processing of forms/documents regarding Examination and Internship Issues
