Incorporation Law for Startups

The aim oft he Workshop is to enable prospective founders to set up their startup in a legally secure manner and to sensitize them in good time to the typical legal problems involved in founding a startup. The workshop focuses on the founding and financing of a startup. In addition, the basics of labor, contract, data protection and copyright law will be presented. The speaker, Holger Schütz, is a lawyer and notary in Berlin and knows the relevant issues very well thanks to his many years of advising and supporting start-ups. Particularly in the early start-up phase - dominated by the business idea and business plan - there are some special legal features to take care of. Legal precautions are indispensable here in order to be able to safely manage all legal consequences with regard to the business, exit or failure of the start-up. After all, legal aftercare is neither possible nor cost-effective.
